In order to create the Taghazout Bay destination and to establish its reputation at a worldwide level, an ambitious development plan has been defined.

The opening of the first accommodation and leisure facilities is scheduled for the end of 2014, with the completion of the overall tourism component by 2017.

The 18 holes Kyle Philips Golf, with stunning views to the Atlantic, will be operational by 2014 to position Taghazout Bay as a leading golfing destination. The opening of the golf hotel is planned for the end of 2014, followed by the ‘Real Estate Residencies of Tourist Promotion’ built next to it, which will be managed by a renowned international brand.

A few months later, the Surf Camp will open its doors to surfers around the world by 2015.

The beachfront hotels and the holiday village will be operational rather 2015.

The residential program will be ongoing over a period of about ten years with the delivery of the first units from 2016.
