Project progress

In order to create the destination of Taghazout Bay and establish its reputation at the world level, an ambitious development plan has been defined.

The opening of the first accommodation and leisure facilities is scheduled for the end of 2014, with the completion of the overall tourism component in 2017.

The 18 holes Kyle Philips Golf, with stunning views to the Atlantic, will be operational by 2014 to position Taghazout Bay as a leading golfing destination. The opening of the golf hotel is planned for the end of 2014, followed by the ‘Real Estate Residencies of Tourist Promotion’ built next to it, which will be managed by a renowned international brand in 2016.

A few months later, the Surf Camp will open its doors to surfers around the world.

The beachfront hotels and the holiday village will be operational from 2015.

The residential program will be ongoing over a period of about ten years with the delivery of the first units from 2016.
